Who to believe in the current financal mess
Have you come to the conclusion that the experts do not know anything about the current world financial situation. I have just watched Panorama this evening in the UK and it is clear that the money experts are no longer experts.
They are thrashing around like fish out of water trying to get back into the water. What the were saying was nothing that you or I as consumers cannot work out for ourselves. I am following my own instinct from now on and acting on what I see.
In the UK house prices are so low that anyone like me that has equity is in a great position to cash in on other peoples problems. This is not to be unfeeling or mean. But if you have been prudent and careful about your money in the past then you are in a position to make a lot of money out of your prudence.
The people who have offered or taken loans on impossible terms are in no position to do anything but sit it out. If you want to know how to take advantage of this for yourself comment on this post for more
